I wonder if you're allowed to fly from Princes Garden. It would be epic to get some drone footage from Edinburgh Castle from there. I suspect it's a No-Fly zone though...

It would be epic but not sure if allowable. The drone laws change here in the UK from 1st January 2021 and certainly for the better with drones under 250g. Not allowed to take off from Edinburgh Castle (owned by Historic Scotland) but Princes Street gardens may be a possibility or nearby. I will look into it for the New Year. I need to get some beginners practice in before all of that though! Snowing here again so no droning.

As it happens I do live in Edinburgh.
