I found a sunshade that works great with my Galaxy S20:

It fits my S20 easily, and could handle a phone up to about 1 cm longer.
There are no instructions or assembly diagrams. It's just one piece. If you fold it around for a while, the right shape for it eventually becomes obvious, and then it just sort of falls into place.
When attaching it, the sequence is:
1) Put the phone inside the hood
2) Clamp the phone to the remote, as usual
3) Plug the phone into the remote through the hole in the sunshade conveniently provided for that purpose.
You'll be amazed at the improvement in sunlight readability of the screen!
