SD Card error code 10025

I bought a SanDisk 64gb extreme along with my Mavic Mini. I am tearing what's left of my hair out trying to get it working. My latest attempt threw up code 10025. Can anyone help please?

Which SanDisk Extreme? C10, U1, V10? Or faster, U3, V30? Formatted through Fly app or PC / Mac?

That's more than enough. Try to format it through the Fly app. If it's still not working, try another SD card, just to make sure it's not the cards fault. It could also be FW fault, but first try formatting inside Mini.

Thanks but I've formatted it via the app and I have 2 exact same sd cards. When I take some video and try to watch it on the PC it says 'please insert a disc into USB '. I've tried a Kingston sd card and it seems to work. I don't know where to go from here

Try "SD Formatter Tool" from SanDisk:

If that doesn't work, try Low Level format:

You might have bad SD Card (two?!), or there's some kind of incompatibility between PC and SanDisk cards.

It was also suggested on other forum to update (reinstall) firmware...

Where did you purchase the card? I believe there are still counterfeits being sold. There are tools which can read internal data to determine if legit.

Where did you purchase the cards? Fake cards are real lower speed cards with new labels. So it works in some cases but when tasked to work for rated speed they fail. But the fake cards should take a format. So either your cards are bad or both are fake based on no card and the later normally does not happen. I am curious about what you eventually find out.

Thanks everyone for your input. I have a 32gb Kingston SD card which works perfectly. It's obvious that my laptop doesn't like a 64gb card. No point in messing around with it any longer. Time to enjoy the Mini. Thanks again.
