SD Card in MA2, SC, or Both?

I am wondering what most of you do, place an SD Card in the MA2, the Smart Controller, or both? Thanks.

Most of us don't have an SC, so the microSD card goes into the aircraft, which is the only place 4K can be recorded during flight.

I'm using a SC with my M2P and am relatively new to drones. I've been putting the card in the aircraft because when I had it in the SC, I wasn't getting any footage saved. I messed around with settings a little bit, but maybe I was missing something.

I have a M2P & SC, I have an SD card in both but the important one is in the drone, the one in the SC is good for quick viewing of the footage just taken.

I have the SC & the MA2. I have it in both.

Thanks for the replies, guys, I appreciate it. Was wondering if there was any real advantage to having a card in the SC.
