How do you expand your to the Sd card in settings

The size is fixed by the manufacturer. So bigger card, reformat, or delete files. The card can’t be changed otherwise... its capacity (total) can’t be changed.

Do you mean select it for recordings vs internal storage on the AC?
Or perhaps you mean select SD card on your mobile for video cache?

I just meant that an SD card has a fixed capacity that cannot be expanded.
A 64Gb card is more than can be used in a flight and their inexpensive now. I change it every flight to ensure no lost captures.
