Might try a polarizing (PL) filter next time to reduce the reflection on the water. Like with PL sunglasses, you could get a clearer view of the fish swimming by.

Just added a set on ND-PL filters for my A2, amazing difference over water. You'll see what you've been missing, underwater anyway. Many folks would rather film the reflections for a mirror effect so the regular NDs are just fine for that.
