Second hand Mavic pro battery?

So I purchased a second hand Mavic pro platinum battery locally from a drone shop, it's got ruffly 45 cycles but is only charging to 4.20 volts and my other battery is charging to 4.27 volts. The battery drain during flight is so extreme. when I frist picked up the battery it was in storage capacity, I charged it fully and got about 13 minutes landing on like 12% I then let it cool down and charged back up and flew the next morning and got 10 minutes. Was wondering if anyone can check the flight logs and scope out my battery the shop says I must bring it back for them to inspect it but I want some knowledge about the battery so they don't ******** me. This flight log was the 13 minute flight the first flight off the battery.
