Seeking collaborators for drone captures in Socal

I’m working on some projects and not a drone pilot myself, but I do a lot of small scale fabrication and have a 3D printer and other equipment.

I have a couple sites that I’d like to capture, one primarily for the purpose of making a 3D model using photogrammery, and another where I’d like to get some nice looking video footage of the location. I can do the photogrammetry myself based on photos or video frames, but there are a few approaches.

I’m curious if there are any drone enthusiasts located in Southern California that have equipment and are interested in helping me capture these sites, in exchange for credit on the project and/or some other type of trade. I can print parts for your diy drone project or we can figure something else out.

I would like to help you out but you’re a long way from Alberta .
I sure hope somebody steps up for you as it sounds like an interesting project.
I’m not sure that I understand exactly what it is that you’re doing but good luck with it .

Not too surprised. There’s still a pandemic out there so not a lot of energy out there for extracurricular hobbies, even the relatively safe ones
