Seeking for advice on eliminating noise

Currently using .400 firmware with +1, -1, -1 settings
But the grainy look is pretty obviously.
I am using Davinci Resolve with temporal NR.
Looking for advice to eliminate those noise.

With color grading, the noise will become too disturbing...

The first question has to be - was that video footage taken from the Mavic's microSD card, or are they the videos that were stored on your phone or tablet?
