Get off of your high horse, some people here are critics of every thing. It is People like you are who drive people away from forums like this. This is what I read, DJI is not real clear with this statement.....
1) DJI Care Refresh can be cancelled upon return of the product purchased, according to DJI refund policies.
2) DJI Care Refresh cannot be cancelled without returning the product purchased.
3) DJI Care Refresh cannot be transferred after purchase.

Perhaps not as well Everyone has been moving slower due to COVID restrictions and other extraneous life circumstances.
