Selling Mini 2 - how to erase user data

I'm going to sell my Mini 2. I have a "Custom Unlock" installed from DJI which allows flight in my nearby authorization zone. How can I erase all this information from both the drone and the controller?
 
Does this not get errased when you UN -synch phone / controller / drone ?
