Serial number of remote Controller

Hello everyone,

i got a Mavic Pro Platinum, but there is no serial number on the back of the controller.
Is this normal ?
Did it lost it ?

Is there a way to get a new one?
In the DJI GO4 App i can see that it is another one as the drone at least...

I took a peek at Ebay and didn't see a serial number on the remote. Just a model number. (GL200A)

My old SPARK controller is similar and it doesn't have a serial number either.

It can get rubbed off.
If you ant to find the serial number upload a txt flight log to phantomhelp's log viewer, download the CSV and look in the columns RECOVER.rcSerial & DETAILS.rcSerial.

Do not confuse it with the flight controller serial number, which is something inside the drone.

Just one more question: If I know the controller serial number, i should be able to create a new QR code for it right ? Does anybody know how?

Which information is included in such a QR code for DJI Mavics?

Out of interest why do you need the serial
