None yet was just wondering if anyone is getting service if needed. What sort of service for what type of issue are you needing?
It really depends upon where you purchased it from.None yet was just wondering if anyone is getting service if needed.
I bought mine at Adorama. DJI said they would provide support but at the present time it's impossible for them to do so as they can't move anything in the US.I was reading somewhere here on the forums, that DJI would provide support for your M4P drone, but you will have to pay for all repair services as they would not grant warranty for a drone purchased in other region (Korea, Japan) and as you know M4P model is not even being offered in US market. They have this hotline service at (818) 235-0789 you can try to call them and see what they say
Good to know.Yes, my Mavic 4 was struck by a dump truck while I was working for a client, recording the demolition of a building following the Palisades fire. One of the arms was damaged and would no longer lock in place.
I sent it to The Drone Repair (thedronerepair.com) in Southern California, and they had the necessary parts on hand to complete the repair quickly and professionally.
Their communication and professionalism were excellent, and as a commercial DSP operator, I highly recommend them.
