It is like that no matter whether you are recording the screen or 4K video . As said if the scene does not change fast its not that noticeable. This is the more typical scenario as one usually shoots subjects a lot further away. That why I didn’t notice it until now

Rule of thumb for avoiding this is to keep the left edge within the frame of view for 7 seconds as you pan/yaw to the left. It happens with all video cameras when panning too quickly for the frame rate and the proximity to the subject. Closer subjects move across the frame faster. Learn to pan slower. Zoom exaggerates the effect, requiring even slower panning.
