It's specialized harvesting. Local farmers often get us to harvest their crops for them, since it wouldn't pay for them to buy their own equipment to harvest the crops themselves.

OK, now I understand. I do a lot of hunting and fishing in North Dakota and you often see "Harveys" there. They are groups those travel around the Dakotas and assist with harvesting.
