HPRC hard case...custom molded foam insert fits everything in the Fly More combo plus room for extra batteries or small accessories.

I use the DJI Fly More shoulder bag for quick flights where it's difficult to carry a lot such as on a hike or long walk. Otherwise my Mavic lives in the hard case and stays under lock and key.

What Bag is this? Im trying to find something that will hold fly more combo, plus a dslr and a spare lens or two for the camera. So far this seems closest to my needs. Does it have a laptop compartment?

Hey bud, sorry for the late reply. It doesn't have room for a laptop and its really tight with all the gear. Its actually a pretty small bag. Which i like. Its a lowepro bag, not sure which model.

This bag is love!

I can fit my mavic, rc, 2 batteries, accessories (pads, props, stands, protectors, etc.), iPad, my camera (mirror less), charging hub and power banks.

Need something like this, but havent found it :?

I picked up my Mavic Pro on Saturday and have since put it in a spare hard case I used to use when I had my Jet ski. Nothing special just a cheap "Pelican" style knock off. It just had the usual pluck out foam insert that I plucked out for the drone, controller and accessories then I plasti-dip sprayed the top to hold it all together. I have enough room for another couple of batteries.

After you plasti spray it, can you go back later and pluck out more spots (add a new battery)? Or is it locked in at that point ?

Shouldn't be too hard to pluck out the extra spaces, will just need a knife to cut the top and the rest should pick out as normal. You can still see where the foam is pre-cut if you look hard enough, the plasti-dip just stops it tearing more when you put items in and take them out.

I got this Koozam DJI Mavic Messenger Bag IP67 Waterproof with Waterproof Zippers and Foam Hard Inlay, Black from amazon.
Perfect to carry onboard airplanes and fits under the seat in front of you and still have room for your feet

Wow that's unique. Do you think if you had the Nanosync antenna on the TX it would still close?

I got this backpack : Lowepro Viewpoint BP250 AW. One of the reasons I got this one is it has a specific paded compartment for my MacBook Pro 15" and my iPad Air 2, and a Dslr - besides the Mavic Pro fly more combo stuff and chargers etc. Its really a very good backpack and I recommend it.

+1 on BP250 AW... just ordered it from Amazon UK for a smashing price (£55/€60). Looks to be one of the best solutions. I wonder if it'll fit the DJI goggles eventually.

For quick grab and go DJI bag with attached ipad mini sidecar, used the belt loop to attach the neoprene mini case. Wrapped the foam insert that came with it in felt to give it some rigidity and wipe the screen every time I slide it back in.

For expeditions lower compartment of Osprey Escapist is perfect size to hold complete fly more kit. It's separated and protected from the rest of the bag.

I have Mavic, controller, 2 spare batteries, and accessories in a Lowepro Rezo 160 Aw Camera Bag. It's super small and so easy to carry.

Sent from my SM-N920V using MavicPilots mobile app

I have the slightly larger LowePro Rezo 170 AW which I got in the Canon 60D bundle. My Mavic w/battery, controller w/stick saver, 3 spare batteries, 4 extra propellers, charger, 4-port hub, PolarPro lens filters and MicroSD cards (stored in lid flap). It's just small enough and easy to carry on short trips around the neighborhood. I use my Nanuk 920 Mavic hardcase when venturing into unknown territory.

I Use A Lowepro Format 160 (on sale right now for $29.95 at Best Buy) soft case with shoulder strap, which holds everything, including an extra battery, and a HPRC 2300 ($66.90 at B&H), a lockable, waterproof, hard case. The Lowepro fits inside the HPRC 2300 perfectly and doesn't require you to swap out the equipment! This is my second HPRC case (I prefer HPRC over Pelican, mainly due to the weight/cost differences). I used my first HPRC case (2700) for my Phantoms and accessories, and I loved the quality. I sold the Phantom to purchase the Mavic (took two months to receive). I needed a new hard case for it, so I purchased the smaller 2300 case for it. I love HPRC's hard cases for their stylish design, durability, lock ability, and water proof design (I am a kayaker).
The lightweight soft case is great for short walks before flying. I keep everything I need in the soft case, and coincidentally, the soft case fits Perfectly In the 2300, so I don't have to swap the equipment out of the soft case to put it in the 2300! I lock the HPRC case lid using small locks, and then am able to lock the case to the metal frame of the seating inside my vehicle, so I don't have to worry about theft.
Also, since I don't use the included foam for my drone transportation, I can customize the foam for other type of equipment (photo equip, firearms, etc.) and easily swap out my drone's soft case for the foam when needed.
I think this HPRC 2300 case/Lowepro Format 160 combo is the PERFECT solution for the Mavic, and the cost was very reasonable (about $100, for both).
NO, I DON’T WORK FOR, OR SELL HPRC PRODUCTS; I just really love their product!View attachment 3157 View attachment 3158

I must admit the idea of not having to swap is great! I would hope that I do not outgrow the bag with more accessories and can't find a larger bag that I like that will fit inside the hardcase.
