Skypixel... Is it just me or is it just the pits?

Just wondering if I'm the only one who finds Skypixel to be abysmal? Every video I watch just hardly works, loads of buffering almost irrespective of which quality is chosen. Seems to be the same for DJIs own videos on their website too. I'm on a 40mb fibre optic service so the problem isn't my end. Or is it just me?

I'm the same. Nothing seems to work on the few occasions I have tried it. I have a similar fibre speed at home and I've also tried it on my phone with 4G+ and still no luck.
