Sliding on over from the Phantom forum

Hello there,
Just sold my Phantom 3 SE and got a Mavic mini as the phantom don't fit in my backpack with my DSLR and 150-600mm lens ;-)
Looking forward to getting to grips with the little guy and see what he or she can do.
I am a nearly 57 year old dude living in the Netherlands. Started off with a Chinese SG700 then went to the Phantom and now on the mini. Was really interested in the modded app to push my phantom into FCC mode and took it 2 km's but the pucker factor kicked in as the lakes appeared and I chickened out.
Had drones about 3 years but never really used them too much.
