Well known spot near Lachine canal in Montreal. Just imagine hauling all the paint and supplies needed to do this project. You know that this is not really a house on top of the building, right?

Found it on Google Map. Seems like it was an original part of the building and the graffiti painters painted it and probably use it as a hangout.
