What are they? I know the ones below are for a neck strap, but there are 2 more underneath that are even smaller.

the two very small ones on the back of the RC are for holding a dongle to connect to the internet apparently, and it will plug into the spare micro c usb, under the cover at the bottom of the RC
Those are the lanyard attachment points which I believe the op is aware of. I think(and I’ve been wrong several times)he is referring to this.

If you are asking about the bolt holes on the back of the DJI RC (with the monitor) as @old man mavic pointed out they might be for a future dongle and the ones on the bottom of the DJI RC are for a lanyard.
