So has everyone pretty well given up on DJI making the Smart Controller compatible with the Mavic Air 2?

I see people on here eagerly awaiting:

• Smart Controller support for MA2
• Cheap tablet to run DJI Fly...properly without crashing mid-flight
• Software Development Kit for Mini and MA2
  • For third-party apps like Litchi
• Better subsequent updates to DJI Fly app to behave like DJI Go 4
• Mavic 3 (with visions of Zenmuse cameras strapped beneath)

The good news is that Smart Controller support for MA2 will probably come first. Don’t give up just yet.

To be honest I gave up a month ago but still look on here everyday hoping, I have put smart controller on ebay twice and its on there now but don't really wont to sell but no good to me dji is out of order

What were you flying with SC with up to now ?
I really like SC with my M2Z....sure it’s overpriced but it’s switch on and go.
I have looked at the Air 2, but ,until it can work with SC,it’s a deal breaker for me,I’ll stick with my mini for now, as my 2nd drone

Nothing I bought the smart controller to use with air2 ,sold the air2 combo and now selling smart controller, like you think I get a mini just for holidays ,but still think smart controller is a good bit of kit not happy with dji.

Yep Mini is very handy to take anywhere, hope your not jumping the gun though, you will really not like DJI... if they bring out firmware for the Air to work with the SM after you sell it.

Yes don't know what to looking at 2 zoom , I think that spray splash looks interesting could be fun round the water and caves anyway it is what it is stay safe Rigsby.
