Smart Controller inop after update?

I just updated my controller firmware, and now my smart controller will do everything accept takeoff, I can control the camera, take pics. Any idea what to do?

Go into the smart controller settings and find the lighting browser. Go to the dji download section and install the dji go app this will update you to the latest version

Make sure you have both the controller/ aircraft RID update and the latest Go4 update. You need to go directly to DJI website with the Smart Controller browser and download the go4 update. Then go to your downloads folder and install it. By the way if you use Litchi you also need the latest version of it or that won't work either.

What happens when you try to take off? Do you see any errors/messages on the screen?

No, it's totally unresponsive, but I can move the camera. I tried to login to DJI, but I keep getting a load verification error message
