Smart Controller with Alientech Mod now "RC needs calibration" & 30064

So I installed the Alientech Antenna mod on my RM500 Smart Controller (was working fine with my DJI Mavic Air 2 except for some signal loss at distance). After installing the mod kept getting RC needs calibration and won't take off 30064. Reflashed firmware on Mavic and controller. Calibrated compass and controller but the 30064 persists and won't fly. Any ideas???

There have been a lot of similar issues with error 30064 reported on this forum. If you haven’t already I’d recommend a forum search for ‘30064’. Hopefully you’ll find a fix there.

OK. Problem solved. The 30064 error was fixed when I downloaded the APK for DJI Go & Fly on a microSD card and flashed it from the smart controller. The RC calibration problem was operator error not reading the instructions carefully. Back to flying again. With the Alientech adapters and 3" antennas I have notice a slight gain in signal strength (maybe a bar or two).
