I am purchasing the Mavic 2 Pro tomorrow and am super curious about the Smart Controller DJI offers. I am using it strictly for hobby stuff (i.e. video and photography.) I have the latest iPhone currently. The controller itself has a pretty hefty price tag.

Try with your iPhone first, you may be happy with it and save $$$.
