Not sure of the bird types in your neck of the woods, looked like a falcon to me.

This is possible, since i have them around me but i just don't think so as it doesn't seem l like a red tail like normal.

Might have been a peregrine falcon just by looking at the wings.

For a Hawk you would see individual feathers. Looks like a Seabird; Black Footed Albatross maybe?
