A very nice Mavic 3 Pro Cine. It has the 1 Tb SSD and can record in Apple ProRes and Care refresh valid until June 2026. Comes with:
RC Pro, has Screen Protector installed, 2 spare protectors included
RC-N1 Extra Controller (so you can use an iPad) comes with USB-C cable
5 Batteries
DJI ND Filter Set
DJI Wide Angle Lens
PGYTECH Circular Polarizer
100 Watt 3 spot charger and 100W DJI Power Supply
Hanatora single slot rapid Charger with LCD Screen, gives a lot of info and charges at max rate, works well in the car
Airdrop system
Extended height Landing Gear
Master Airscrew Propellers, Red
2 Sets of spare DJI propellers
Regular DJI gimbal protector and quick slip on gimbal protector
USB cables
RC Pro strap attachments and the strap from shoulder bag attaches to them, does double duty
F Zone configurable shoulder bag

The entire system is in great shape. Records beautifully and does spectacular smooth video. The included DJI wide angle gives many scenic videos look even better. No worries with 10 months of DJI Care Refresh valid. The extra DJI RC-N1 is very useful when you need a larger display like an iPad or want to use Litchi for mapping. With this setup you are not limited, just by your imagination, all the filters you could possibly need and enough batteries to record in the field for hours. The small charger will charge your batteries before you run out. I love this system, just moving into a higher level system.

Very cool looking video! Couple questions: 1) What was the farthest point that you were away from location? Looks like very good range for video/control signal. . 2) Were you using any intelligent flight modes like course lock, etc. or all just very good manual control to keep the train centered? Really nice stuff considering it was "dumbed down" 👍😎

I was at the furthest point around 4-5 miles in that video. It can do better, just becomes a contest with battery life and getting back to home point. Can be windy here. It was all shot manual mode, about half with the wide angle attached. I am a regular pilot as well, for about 50 years, so tracking is not a big thing for me. A good chunk was also flown sideways or at a 45° angle. It is spectacular in 4K. The crowd loves them at my camp at AfrikaBurn in South Africa. I have around 20 finished ones all around 7-25 minutes. Attention span of semi-stoned adult.

Wow, beautiful stuff, thanks for the quick reply. . .I have a few Mavic 2 Pro's with Smart Controller. .I'm beginning to lose signal (first sign of video or RC signal losing a bar) around 1000' - 1500'. . which then turns into - 2 bars soon there after. . not that I'm a big "see how far away you can fly" guy but if I'm chasing a shot, I don't want to have to worry about losing signal. . not sure WTF the issue is? Looked like a good chunk was 45°. . I've been out of it for a while so the sticks might take a few more flights to get back to that level of control. . .if you have your videos posted anywhere I'd love to see/study them as well. . beautiful stuff again, thanks 😊

There is a couple of secrets to how the range worked out. First you may notice the lack of any significant vegetation on the ground. Second, I have a platform on the top of my Land Rover I sit on to get better range. Being up around 12 feet really helps a lot on the line of sight. The other thing, it is really flat there, but there is a very slight rise at that point sloping off in all directions. It is kind of the best place for range.

Thank you for the compliments. No, don't post anything. I only do live performances at festivals. I do kind of miss the Mavic 2 Pro feature where you could shift the gimbal and camera off boresight. Flying the bird at an angle is kind of tough on the fingers, especially in the winter.
