SOLVED: CPU Max Warning

I believe I've solved the issue. I have an iPhone 6. I turned off background app refresh completely.

After that, no more warnings (yet) on my flights.

What didn't help:
- Clearing RAM
- Closing apps
- Airplane mode
- Order of launching hardware and software

I insist that is software issue . Not hardware resources
