You will have to have it repaired. If you lucky it might be just a lose connector on the camera board.

lol- softened impact perhaps however the issue you may have now is the humble motors having sand in them.

Is there any physical damage?

When you manually move the gimbal through its range of motion (drone turned off) do you feel any roughness/binding? If it seems to have sand in it tru using compressed air to remove it.

Check the cable to gimbal connection as suggested.

If you can get it to power up and initialise perform an imu calibration.
