There is no ban yet for him to sign. And if we all play our cards right, there won't be.
I realize Trump is not in office so the President cannot make the law by signing executive orders without first getting the bills passed by Congress which includes both the House and the Senate. It's been that way forever, no different today. My point was in response to a specific question about the details of the bill and comparing it to a previous law and I simply prefer to wait until the President signs (meaning all the facts are in and everything is final) because we dive into the specifics. For now, we don't know exactly what we have because there are still several steps to go. I agree this isn't over yet, each step is important and is a chance to fight and push back and so our focus should be on the Senate. Thank you to everyone for playing our cards right.
