I'm not sure, I think not, it is a B&Q PD3200U 3840x2160 resolution.
40x70 cm is not 21:9

don't think it's 21:9 but it's easy to find out - if you put the video in full screen and see black bars then your monitor is 16:9, if the video takes up the whole screen (top to bottom) then it is a 21:9 monitor like mine
