It won't go 60mph. That was a software bug that displayed speed in feet/sec rather than mph on android devices. That bug is fixed since dji go 4.04. The speed might hit 45 mph briefly with wind gusts, but speed is software limited to just over 42mph with tail wind. Even with 40 mph tail wind it won't go 60 because software limits based on gps speed. You'd have to block gps receiver to force atti mode which would allow higher speeds. The mavic is capable to go faster but the computer adjusts power to just meet the software limits as checked against GPS and barometer data for full stick input or the 9000 rpm motor limit, whichever limit is reached first.
