Steel building

I flew my mavic into a steel building. It crashed. If the GPS signal is lost,,, will it go a little nuts?

No, it should just go into ATTI mode, which is self leveling, but can be blown/moved around by the wind, and it will just coast along with the inertia in the AC.

That's why it's a good idea to practice with a toy drone like the Dromedia, always ATTI mode.
If you can fly/control that, then your ready for when/if the AC loses GPS and switches to ATTI mode.
