I ran a full battery out just hovering watching that storm approach. I haven't had time to process it yet but I did pull these stills. I am thinking about just remapping the time before I post it as it might make it more interesting.

I have tried for years as well with a still camera but with the 4K on the Mavic, you get just as good a quality pulling a still from the video. It is going to have some grain in it just because you have to jack up the ISO because of the low light levels, so with pulling from the video I was able to advance it frame by frame to get the shot I wanted. Actually that lightning strike I have here was over 4 frames. These are the middle two.
