Hi everyone,
I don’t use the automatic modes of my Mavic 2 very often but I am out mostly on my own and for once wanted to put someone in my video. So......I tried the follow me mode. It worked quite well but stopped suddenly and I walked out of the frame! When I tried again it followed me but all of a sudden I heard it suddenly rev up and speed towards me. Luckily for me (and the back of my head) I switched the mode off and it stopped.
Should this mode only be used when following someone else or is it best used on a sideways pan follow. Anyone else had something similar happen? I was walking into the sun but was using an ND filter and the gimbal was pointed down at me....no obstacles either.
Any ideas are very welcome as I would really like to feel safe using this mode.
