Strange restriction

I went to a small park in between Clapham junction and the river Thames. Not too far from Battersea park inside a housing estate. On trying to launch the drone I got restricted area in red. No matter what ever I did it would not take off. The motors did not even start. Weird I wonder what is nearby that should make this restriction?
