Strange Waving In Video

Something new has cropped up on my Phantom 3SE while shooting video.
The footage shows a strange wave effect when I am bringing my drone up to altitude. (see first part of video)
Once at altitude it seems to subside mostly. (see second part of video)
I have flown this drone for 2 years and this is the first time it has happened.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
