Just a quick question for everyone, how much do you revise the dronecode/laws around drones in your spare time realistically? I have been looking at the CAA website a lot recently - I want to make sure I am flying legally if I can get a new drone

Is your question - How many times do we intentionally break the rules when flying?

No I was wondering how well everyone knew the rules really, I enjoy looking up what I can and can’t do. Speaking of, does anyone know specifically what will happen when the new laws come out next year?

Well it appears on this forum that the rules are often stated when someone makes a statement that is contradictory to the current rules, regulations , and recommendations. We tend to try and police one another by making helpful posts. Often to the chagrin of others.

Its referred to as being the Drone Police.

If you want more to look up just post that you will be flying near an airport , over 400 feet AGL, at night as a Part 107 holder, directly over people , or a very long distance mission.

Even the lawmakers have no idea what new laws will be concerning UAV's next year. :)
