Ok. I'm pretty happy now with 2.7k in Cine style mode. Manual everything else. I've had very poor results from 4k log settings. Anyone having better results with "none"?

Have you A/B'd that whatever settings your using with 2.7k? I did and found that to be mildly superior. I'm interested in your findings.

I've found the colors don't need to be graded with that profile.

I suppose these depend upon the requirements.

I've never worked with video that doesn't require some form of even basic grade.

I also prefer 4k D-Cine. My A/B comparison yields a sharper result both edited and unedited. Perhaps another example of variations from Mavic to Mavic?

4k cine here. I like the extra resolution even if I might be getting a tiny bit less bits per pixel, so I can crop or do the odd dolly zoom. I can't see any difference with 2.7k anyway, so if it's there it's imperceptible for me.

Hmm.

I may just have to go back and give 4k another go. More A/B testing on the horizon.
