Terrific shots! I personally believe that when it come to sunrises and sunsets, there is nothing wrong with enhancing nature in Photoshop or Lightroom. If I were you, I'd take a few of those photos and pump up the saturation. You could even make a mask that cuts off at the horizon, then leave the saturation alone on the ground but pump it up in the sky on a separate layer.
