Hi there, has anyone had issues flying close to the Thames in central London? I tried recently very naively near Blackfriars bridge and my Mini 4 pro wouldn't take off, despite my controller saying take off permitted.

I have a paid gig this week in Chelsea area, across the river from Battersea Heliport. I have requested permission and had it approved by the Heliport via Altitude Angels, but I'm concerned I'll still have issues, like signals being jammed etc, and being embarrassed infront of client.

Any advise?
Thanks!

I take it that the motors wouldn't even spin up ... Have you gone through the unlock certificate routine via the DJI FLY app? Doesn't matter how much AA says 'yes'... If the area is a locked zone on the DJI map: you're stuffed without a DJI unlock cert.map.jpg
