Software to stitch the images together: Hugin or PTGui. Some online tools exist also, but you have fewer knobs to control the finer points.

Hugin is free, but Litchi costs $22.99 for Apple, or $24.99 for Android. Getting kind of pricey for an app. It was cheaper when I bought it.
