This drone should offer a great choice for Florida Public Safety since they are cut off from Autel and DJI.
The major drawback on this is a deal breaker for me. The controller makes this less than suitable for a full day of SAR. You cannot charge the battery while using the controller. I am not buying two controllers when this oversight can be fixed in future iterations.
Others have mentioned the plastic feels cheap and when landing you need to get used to this drone as it "comes in hot" and can land quite hard. I think this is more of being too used to DJI drones and how they land.

Hopefully FLIR has the manufacturer Coretronics add some of the features from SIRAS's cousin the Hummer, as the Hummer has RTK, a dock and some interesting fleet management and analytical software.

Nonetheless I still like this drone overall and hope FLIR does well with it as high sales should help to push this drone to make needed improvements, add new features and payloads.
