Tennessee's laws about where to fly and not fly a drone

Hi there, I was wondering if there was any law in tennessee that does not allow to fly over private property (as long as you don't spy), or in state parks or local parks
Because the more I make research about it, the more it fells to me like I can't fly my drone anywhere in tennessee.

No more restrictive than most states. I fly near Chattanooga often when visiting family there. Just follow the laws pertaining to restricted Airspace.

I fly constantly in Tennessee, particularly in local parks in my area. There are restrictions and permitting requirements for all state parks, as well as some of the larger city parks, such as Nashville. However, as long as you do not take off nor land on restricted property, you can image all that you want since the FAA controls air space, not local authorities. However, if you are flying and told to move by a local public official, it is probably best to do so, even if you are in the right.

I was told i could get a citation for flying over a private property, this is why I was asking
