Apparently nobody reads Terms & Conditions according to the following newspaper article from Australia:
Thousands agree to clean toilets for Wi-Fi because they didn't read the terms

How can this crap be legally binding if a greater percentage of people don't read them?
The increasingly dense terms of service agreements that DJI asks users to sign is too onerous for a non-lawyer to digest and have a reasonable chance of understanding what rights he signs away and on that basis any legal agreements should be rendered null and void.

I usually see a lot of posts about license agreements immediately after updates and some members waving the T&C's to exonerate DJI from acting more responsibly in regards to what they do after you purchase a quad.

So I ask who reads the Terms & Conditions/EULA before firing up their quad for the first time or after forced updates?

Who has agreed to clean toilets or give away their first born?

There was a rather gross South Park episode about failing to read the EULA. I'll leave it to someone else to post the link.
