Hi all. Im a technology manager with 22 years experience in change, incident and problem management.
I have trawled from cover to cover the crash and fly away forum with an aim to keeping my flying in the green zone. (Acknowledging a bit of luck is needed too)
Reading this has been an education I could not put down. People have been honest, appreciative, expert and generous.
I joined so I could tell you.
