Is the purpose of the video to show your talents in creating the effects, Otherwise, I just don't get it. What I mean is, that it couldn't be used for marketing or a potential buyer.

I see it as a quick transition between two cuts... 1-3 s depending on mood/tempo

Well I'm sorry that its not to your tastes but at least I am trying something different, having a mess around editing. Plenty of people have said to me how much they like the affect.
