That's pretty cool. Probably cool to see as you approach. How tall is that?
Nice flying there! I stop by often at that welcome center in Huntsville, Alabama, travelling from Ohio to Louisiana. I am always tempted to fly my mini 2 but the guide wires and wind gave me pause. Maybe one day, I will try it! Also, the time of day with visitors give me pause but again, nice flying!
very well done and flown. How did you ever get that sound track>
They have a full size Saturn on its side overhead at the NASA Saturn center at Kennedy space center and when you walk under it (its about 20 feet above your head) it seems a lot longer than 142 feet.
Pretty awesome to be that close to one
Very enjoyable. The added sound track certainly brings back memories of when I used to follow NASA's every move as a young teenage. According to this site here, the Saturn 1B was 168 feet high and 22 feet in diameter.

Memorable! How good would it have been if my 60's ADELMA (ADELAIDE MADE) Caravan had been passing at 1:08 instead of that modern 5th Wheeler. LOL.
Cheers mate and may you have many successful launches....from Down Under
The Saturn 5 at Kennedy is 363 feet. It's even longer because they have it separated.it seems a lot longer than 142 feet.
Impressive video! They need to paint that thing for sure..
Get right up to the top and then drop your paint brush would be a bummer. lol!Impressive video! They need to paint that thing for sure..
