How can I stamp the thermal data that I see on screen onto saved pictures?
Like temperature readings, hot/cold spots, etc.
Or is the only way to do a screen grab of the Pilot software?
Also is there any way to make the stamped date/time/location on pictures from the visible camera any bigger?

Hmm...I don't necessarily need radiometric data to analyze later, but just ability to easily save what's on the screen in front of me would be handy. With the iPad it's a two-handed operation to do a screen grab.

Short bursts with screen recording app perhaps, I have XRecoder on my android and it seems to do a grand job

There are tools out there which will take GPS location, date , time and other EXIF fields from a JPEG file and stamp them on the picture. However the temperature does not seem to be stored in the photo. It is in log file on the phone so you can find what the time stamp is on the picture and read the data for that time and add it. You would have to really want to to make it worth the effort !
