I'm a Best Buy or Wal-Mart type of guy. Wal-Mart gives you 90 days to return a "toy" AND they'll sell you a 3 year replacement warranty for about $70, I believe. Love them or hate them, they will take stuff back no problem!

Quick story, I bought a Go Pro Karma before I got my Mavic. Wal-Mart had it on sale for 20% off retail, with a free battery and shipping. So I ordered it. Took it out a few times and it was okay. I also own a 3DR Solo, so the Karma was an upgrade in my opinion. I had it for about a 60 days. Last time I flew it, the thing lost GPS, a very common occurrence, and flew into a tree before I could get a handle on it. So I pack it up and head straight to Walmart, no chargers, no box, nothing but the main system. Told the CSR what happened and she said okay. Looked up my receipt, looked at the broken drone and refunded me in cash! I didn't even get loud or raise a fuss. True story.

I didn't buy my drone from Amazon, but this is one reason i shop there A LOT. Their customer service is top notch. The items usually get sent out right away, any returns or issues are very easy to deal with. Their website is very easy to navigate. It's just an easy company to do business with. Many companies can learn from them. It doesn't get any easier than saying, "Alexa, order dog food".
