Third Party Drone Insurance

So, are there any providers of third party drone insurance for international travel? It would seem difficult to gain this for each country individually if you were traveling rapidly place to place. If in EU, is there one for all EU? And for those in UK does theirs cover EU as well?
I am presuming travel insurance doesn’t cover this? Anyone have any experience?

True enough. Coverage is world-wide... for "residents of a US state".
